Reopening – Friday June 19
Ladies and Gentlemen, dear guests, we are extremely pleased to announce our official reopening, which will take place on Friday, June 19. After several months of uncertainty, it will be a real pleasure to receive you on the resort for a well-deserved vacation!
Bookings until June 19th, 2020
All bookings made between June 1st and 19th will be automatically canceled. A cancellation newsletter will be sent to you within the next few days (please check your spam box). Your deposit will be refunded to you within 30 days of your arrival date.
If you made a reservation guaranteed by a promotion (e.g. Christmas gifts, prepaid package, etc.), you will be asked to choose a later date for your stay. Regarding Christmas Gifts, the validity dates have been extended and are now valid until July 6, 2020, and from November 1, 2020, to July 6, 2021. They are not refundable, as mentioned on your certificate.

Boxing Day promotional gift cards
– Offer valid from Sunday to Thursday January 6 to 20, 2021 and from March 8 to May 14, 2021. Not valid on Holidays and Easter Sunday. Valid for two consecutive nights only.
Christmas promotional gift cards
– Validities remain the same depending on your gift card (valid anytime | from Sunday to Thursday | Sunday to Friday), but the dates will be extended from November 1, 2020 until July 6, 2021. Depending on availability. Not valid on December 31.
– For certificates that are not valid anytime: supplement of $ 85 per night for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday of a Holiday weekend, from December 21, 2020 to January 4, 2021 and from February 26 to March 6, 2021
Gift voucher
– Gift voucher that expire between March 1, 2020 and October 12, 2020 will be honored between October 13, 2020 and February 13, 2021. Validities remain the same depending on your gift voucher (for example: Sunday to Thursday, Sunday to Friday , not valid on public holidays, etc.)
