is the vaccination passport required ?
The vaccination passport is no longer required to access non-essential services since March 12th, 2022
do i have to reserve at the restaurant ?
Absolutely! Our restaurants have limited places and we recommend you to make your restaurant reservation as soon as your stay is confirmed.
can i reserve activity equipment ?
First arrived, first served! We do not accept reservations in advance. Visit our activity section for more details.
is a reservation required at lido thermal?
Access to our thermal experience is exclusive to our guest during their stay. We do not take reservation to guarantee specific time slots.
Are pets allowed on the resort?
Only certified service pets are tolerated on site.

Full or partial access to the Lido Thermal spa facilities, including our gym, locker room and saunas, will depend on government directives in effect at the time of your stay.
