You must vacate your suite by 11am at the latest on departure day. You can continue to enjoy outdoor activities and our Lido Thermal until 4 p.m. Please note that subject to availability and for an additional fee, a late check-out option may be authorized by front desk only the night before your check-out.

Want to leave quickly? Here’s how.

YOUR INVOICE
On the morning of your departure, the invoice for the items of your stay for which you are personally responsible will be emailed to you. We invite you to check its accuracy and to ensure that your payment instructions have been observed.

YOUR KEYS
You can leave your keys in your suite or drop them in one of the boxes provided at reception before you leave, without having to wait for an agent at the front desk. We remind you that they will be deprogrammed automatically at 11 a.m.

Invoice after departure

Some charges, such as those incurred on the morning of your departure, may be charged after you leave. Our team remains available even after your departure to make corrections to your bill if necessary. Send us a detailed assistance request if you need help with your invoice after you have left.

Prepayment, pre-authorization & security deposit

PREPAYMENT
If a prepayment has been charged to your credit card during the reservation process, it will not be refunded, but rather reported on your invoice to lower the balance left to pay.

PRE-AUTHORIZATION
The pre-authorization charged to your credit card during check-in will be captured at the actual balance due on the morning of your departure. Depending on your credit card issuing bank, temporary transactions may appear on your statement. A maximal delay of 5 to 7 business days might be required before the final transactions are registered.

DEBIT/CASH SECURITY DEPOSIT

If you have paid the security deposit in cash or by debit, you must come to reception to collect it. Please allow sufficient time for our team to inspect your suite.

Late check-out

Late checkout can be requested at the front desk the day before your departure if you are staying in one of our standard suites, for an additional fee of $25 per hour.
