Estérel Resort offers you three restaurants and a wine cellar to gather and enjoy: Bistro à Champlain with its wine cellar, ROK, and Le Voilier. With three gourmet dining experiences and a magical view, Estérel Resort ranks among the finest restaurants in the Laurentians.

Le ROK is dedicated to grilling on hot volcanic stones. A unique dining experience where you can cook your own meat right at your table! The breathtaking view of Lac Dupuis, combined with our mouth-watering menu, guarantees an unforgettable gastronomic evening.

Our chefs have free rein ! With no pre-set menu, the Carte Blanche concept offers you a 5-course gourmet meal based on the chefs’ inspiration. The Wine Cellar

Every day, the wine cellar is open to our guests for wine ans spirits tastings led by our sommeliers. You can savor a delicious platter of local cheeses and shareable Tapas while enjoying the breathtaking view of Lake Dupuis. An excellent way to start or finish your evening!

Cédric St-Pierre, Executive Chef

The proud graduate of the ITHQ, Cédric St-Pierre cut his teeth in various countries, including Italy, France and Japan, and notably evolved under the aegis of a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Jérôme Nutile, and its double Michelin starred restaurant. Back in Quebec, after a stint at Le Mirage golf course and Europea, he forged his experience as a sous-chef in the largest private club in Montreal. He was also a semi-finalist on the very popular “Les chefs ! ”.

Now executive chef, he coordinates the colourful culinary adventures offered by our three restaurants, including the exceptional ephemeral tasting menus of the Bistro à Champlain and his renowned wine events.
