Enjoy our site from the moment you arrive !

You can arrive before 4 p.m. to take advantage of our facilities and activities before receiving the keys to your suite. We recommend arriving no earlier than 2:30 pm.

When you arrive, please inform reception of your presence. When your suite is ready, we’ll let you know by sending you a text message, allowing you to collect your keys from reception.

Verify your personal information and proceed the credit card preauthorization if required by following email instructions you will receive 24h prior to your arrival. This step will help you optimize your check-in. Don’t worry if you do not receive the email, it is not mandatory and can be completed once on site.

A pre-authorization is required to cover your projected expenses and allow you to sign additional fees to your suite. That amount represents the total cost of your stay including the taxes and $+ 350. If your stay is guaranteed by a prepaid voucher, its value will be deducted from the calculation.

Access to our installations and services is exclusive to our guests during their stay, a guest bracelet will be given to you upon arrival by one of our agents. We require you to wear it throughout your stay.

Évolution front desk now has self-service kiosks. Optimize your arrival by completing the pre-registration in advance. Be sure to show any proof of guaranteed rate, payment, discount or privilege(s) to an agent and to receive our guests bracelets.

All our suites are guaranteed to be ready by 4pm. However, if you arrive earlier and your suite is already ready, we will be delighted to hand over the keys immediately. In case it’s not ready, we kindly ask that you inform us of your arrival so you can make the most of our facilities and activities while waiting for your suite to become available. As soon as your suite is ready, you will receive a text message inviting you to pick up your keys from our reception.

Our suites are guaranteed for 4pm. However, it is possible to add a guaranteed early check-in option for our standard suites, subject to availability and an additional charge. Please check availability with our front desk team.

Before taking possession of your suite, you can leave your belongings at the luggage storage situated at Evolution side front desks. However, this service is not guaranteed, considering it could be at full capacities at your arrival. It is strongly recommended that to bring an easily accessible handbag to carry the personal belongings you will need to enjoy our site, a locker room with lockers is available near the Lido Thermal nordic spa if you wish to use the facilities. . Please note that we are not responsible for lost property. 

PARKING

Hotel parking is included in your stay and is across the street. Reserved parking spots are also located in front of each of our receptions to facilitate your arrival. 

*Esterel Resort assumes no responsibility for loss due to fire, collision, or any other damage to the vehicle or its contents. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.

VALET SERVICE 

When you arrive, you can leave your car with our team of professional valets, who will have the pleasure to park your vehicle in our outdoor parking lot. In addition, you can take advantage of our unlimited approach service and snow clearing service. To benefit from this service, please ask our valet team upon arrival. Don’t forget to bring a 2nd key that must be given to our team for the duration of the stay

  • Valet parking servive  is available Sunday to Thursday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Friday and Saturday: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Cost of $30 plus taxes for the entire duration of your stay.

ATTENTION THIN ICE : Due to warmer weather, the skating rinks on Lac Dupuis ( in front of our hotel) and in the village of Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson are closed for the season. It’s not safe to venture out there.

 

The snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails at Hors-Pistes are still open, but may be icy. Remain vigilant.

We provide towels and bathrobes based on availability during your stay. Towels will be assigned to you upon obtaining the towel card given upon arrival. Bathrobes will be in your suite when you check in at 4:00 pm. If you plan to arrive earlier than 4:00 p.m. to enjoy the site and the spa, we suggest that you bring your own to guarantee their use throughout your stay. Bathrobes are one size fits all, we recommend you bring your own if you need a specific size.

Our buffet breakfast is served at Le Voilier restaurant every day from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
 
 

The “ESTEREL” network is available free of charge and requires no password.

If you haven’t made a reservation yet, we strongly recommend booking a table at one of our three restaurants if you plan to dine with us. As indicated in your pre-arrival email, our seating capacity is limited.

Access to our facilities and services is exclusive to our guests during their stay. The spas are open summer and winter, every day from 7am to 11pm. Some spas are open to everyone, while others are designated for adults only, with clear identification. Parental supervision is required at all times. IMPORTANT: Access to the thermal Lido is reserved for adults from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m., every day.

The Lido activity center, equipment rental and boutique are open daily from 9am to 5pm.

The gym is open every day from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. for people aged 14 and over only.

The Lido’s outdoor bar is open only during the summer.
