Corporate Concierge | Wedding Coordinator
Your role
Under the supervision of the Director, Convention Services, the Corporate Concierge, Wedding Coordination is mainly responsible for responding to client requests and assisting in the planning of their event to ensure that it runs smoothly.
Corporate Concierge | Wedding Coordinator
at Estérel Resort mainly consists of:
- Tour the venue each morning to meet with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
- Meet with clients to understand and respond to their needs, as well as give tours of the venue or follow up on wedding events.
- Write, follow up and coordinate contracts.
- Produce bids within the time frame requested by the client (ideally within 24 hours of receiving the request).
- Maintain a good relationship with clients and ensure follow-up to measure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Transmit information to all departments concerned (dates of events, specific needs of the client, number of people, etc.).
- Present weekly functions (at the operations meeting).
- Ensure the smooth running and coordination of all events.
This job is for you if...
- You have a DES/DEP in a related field.
- You have two years of experience in a similar position in the hotel industry.
- You are bilingual, both orally and in writing.
- You have a good knowledge of Hotello or other hotel management software.
- You are familiar with the Windows environment and the Office suite.
- You have strong customer service skills.
- You have a professional attitude and behaviour.
- You have a high tolerance for stress.
- You have a strong ability to adapt, which makes you able to work well in a constantly changing environment.
- You also prioritize ways of doing things and possess the following qualities: teamwork, autonomy, initiative, versatility and organizational skills.
- Visa: you must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
