Being an hostess at Esterel Resort mainly consists of:
- Greet the guests
- Take and manage reservations for the restaurants
- Taking general information call overflows
- Ensure clients satisfaction
- Give menus to clients and inform them as needed
- Setup tables
- Ensure the cleanliness of the place
- Perform any other tasks that may be required for the smooth running of operations

- You have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You have three months of relevant experience
- You are bilingual
- You have relevant experience in customer service
- You have a good tolerance for stress
- You have high organizational skills
- You are responsible, resourceful, courteous, and smiling

Requirements:
- Knowledge of the restauration business
- Degree: DES (completed)
- Years of experience: 2 years or less
- Written language: French (intermediate) and English (beginner)
- Spoken language: French (advanced) and English (intermediate)
- Knowledge of wines (an asset)
- Knowledge of Maitre D and Libro (an asset)
Salary Information
- Salary: $16 per hour
- Number of hours per week : 16 to 40 hours
