Reservation and use policies for our packages
The terms and conditions listed on this page are applicable to all packages offered at Estérel Resort. Other specific conditions are mentioned on the page of each package.

The 3.5% lodging tax per night, as well as GST and QST, are not included in the rates displayed on our booking platform.
Higher-category suites, such as those with lake view, private spa, executive layout or other distinctive features, are offered at an additional cost compared to standard garden-view suites.
Upon arrival, the balance due on your reservation and a $350 security deposit will be required.
All inclusions not consumed during your stay will not be refunded.
After the package expiration date, the offer and its inclusions will expire and cannot be associated with any reservation. The amount paid (face value) will be converted into a cash value gift card that can be applied to valid products and services at Estérel Resort.
Promotions cannot be combined with other offers. Only one discount can be applied at any time.
Packages are not redeemable for cash or refundable and are not valid for group reservations.
The gift card cannot be used immediately as a form of payment at the resort. A period of 72 hours after the date of purchase is required before it is valid as a form of payment on site.
Our gift cards are available for purchase online. Purchases over $250 cannot be processed remotely by our agents.
Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, American Express or by direct payment. The card used must be presented upon arrival, along with an ID card that identifies the cardholder.
The Lido Thermal Nordic spa may be closed without notice. Spa access is non-exchangeable, non-cashable and non-refundable.
Purchase does not guarantee availability at the resort for Amerispa treatments, access to the Lido boutique or seating at our restaurants.
