Front Desk Agent
Front desk work at Esterel Resort mainly consists of:
- Take, confirm, modify or cancel a reservation
- Greet guests upon arrival and verify reservation information
- Assign rooms, hand out keys, and provide information about the establishment

Promote the establishment's services, tourist attractions, and the various activities in the activities in the area
and make reservations as required - Receive and distribute mail and messages to guests
- Respond to guest requests (wake-up calls, room changes, etc.)
- Handle and follow up on customer comments and complaints
- Perform any other task that may be necessary for the smooth running of operations

- You have relevant experience in customer service
- You are bilingual

You are familiar with the Windows environment
and the Office suite - You can perform financial transactions

You are familiar with Hotello hotel
management software (an asset) - You have a good tolerance for stress

Requirements:
- Degree: DES (completed)
- Years of experience: 1 to 2 years
- Written language: French (advanced) and English (beginner)
- Spoken language: French (advanced) and English (intermediate)
Salary Information

Salary: $21.01per hour
- Number of hours per week: 24 to 40 hours
