Sanitary Standards Guide

Dear guests,

In light of the current second wave, we would like to inform you that we remain open and ready to welcome you. In order to keep providing you with safe and considerate customer service as our Resort gradually reopens, we have implemented various measures to protect both your safety and the safety of our employees :

☛ Access to the resort intended only for guests;
☛ Validation of the state of health and temperature taken on arrival for all customers, employees and suppliers;
☛ Wearing a mask is mandataroy at all times in the resort;
☛ Our suites will now be accessible only to people coming from the same address apart from spouses who do not live at the same address;
☛ Mandatory hand cleaning at the entrance and at the various access points;
☛ Protocol for cleaning suites with UV lamp;
☛ Limited number of people in the hot tubs and swimming pools;
☛ Social distancing between tables and plexiglass dividers in our three restaurants.

Pre-registration will be done online before your arrival at the resort to avoid the gathering of people at the reception. (COMING SOON)

General measures at the front desk

Your arrival without contact

All of our employees, suppliers and guests must have their temperatures taken, wash their hands and confirm their state of health. Acrylic protective panels have been installed at reception. The suite keys will be for single use only. Each customer will be given a bracelet allowing them to circulate on the site.

Please note that, for security reasons, only guests who have booked a suite will have access to the site and to all services (restaurants, Lido Thermal, beaches, etc.), only from 4 p.m. on the day of their arrival, in order to limit the back and forth on the site.

Protection for all

Wearing a bracelet in the resort

After the validation of their state of health, each guest will be given a bracelet. We ask all of our guests to wear this bracelet at all times. This measure allows us to restrict the access to non-residents of the resort and ensure the protection of our guests on our site.

You will receive your wristbands only upon arrival at the resort, which means that you will not be able to receive other visitors. Therefore, only the number of clients declared when making the reservation will be able to access the suite and the resort. Improvised visits are therefore not permitted.

Securing your living environment

Housekeeping

Implementation of new pre-arrival and post-departure cleaning and disinfection protocols with UV lamps to ensure the safety of future guests. In the suites, all non-essential elements will be removed. Unless there is an urgent request, no room cleaning service will be done during your stay, in order to limit staff interactions with your living environment. Room service will be offered.

Wearing a mask for all guests in the resort

According to public health recommendations, as of July 18, we will require all guests during their stay to wear the mask inside the resort. Thank you for your cooperation by limiting the spread of the virus and protecting our employees and other guests.

Respect and patience

Designated waiting areas

Designated waiting areas have been established at reception, the restaurant, the Lido Thermal (spa facilities) and the Lido Bar. Thank you for your patience during this exceptional time.

Let's stay safe

2 m distance

Social distancing measures are to be followed at all times. Keep 2 metres away from others when moving around the resort or waiting in line. Posters and ground signs have been installed in some strategic places to direct traffic and remind people of social distancing guidelines and the health measures that have been put in place.

Let's reduce the risk of transmission

Hand washing stations

Hands must be washed upon entering and leaving the Resort. Hand sanitizer stations have been installed at each reception, at our main service points and at other appropriate locations throughout the resort.

Is your suite located on the upper floors?

Access to elevators

Only people staying in the same suite will be able to ride the elevator together. A hand sanitizer station has been installed in the elevator.

Our three restaurants

Our three restaurants will be open with high sanitary standards. A physical distance of 2 meters will be respected as well as a complete disinfection of the tables and chairs will be made between each client. All menus will be available online to avoid manipulation. All of our employees in kitchen and in the restaurant will wear a mask and/or a face shield. For breakfast, the buffet will be served by our employees and a choice of in-room breakfast will also be available.

Addition (2nd wave): As the government guidelines have mentioned, we will accept a maximum of 6 people per table. However, these people will have to come from the same address to avoid community transmission.

Spa and Lido Thermal

The pools and spas at the Lido Thermal will be open in compliance with sanitary measures and physical distanciation. Exceptional health measures will be taken to follow current best practices. Our saunas and steam baths are close.

For operational reasons related to our supplier, we cannot guarantee bathrobes on site. It is strongly suggested that you bring your own bathrobe during your stay.

Contactless departure

Your bill will be sent by email, removing the need to check out at reception. You can return your card / room key in a box provided for this purpose. They are labeled “express checkouts”.

Our commitment to flexibility

We understand that you may experience some concern when planning your vacation this summer. At Estérel Resort, we care deeply about the service we offer our customers, and for that reason, we want to give you flexibility and reassurance. If you have an upcoming reservation and you would prefer to make a new one, you can cancel at any time and for any reason from the moment you make the reservation up until 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. Your deposit will be refunded to you within 30 days from the date of your planned stay.

Already purchased gift cards and promotional offers

Given the recent events surrounding the Covid-19, we wanted to provide more flexibility to our gift card holders. To do this, we have extended the expiration of our gift cards. Here are the details :

Boxing Day promotional gift cards

– Offer valid from Sunday to Thursday January 6 to 20, 2021 and from March 8 to May 14, 2021. Not valid on Holidays and Easter Sunday. Valid for two consecutive nights only.

Christmas promotional gift cards

– Validities remain the same depending on your gift card (valid anytime | from Sunday to Thursday | Sunday to Friday), but the dates will be extended from November 1, 2020 until July 6, 2021. Depending on availability. Not valid on December 31.
– For certificates that are not valid anytime: supplement of $ 85 per night for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday of a Holiday weekend, from December 21, 2020 to January 4, 2021 and from February 26 to March 6, 2021
