Maintenance Work
Maintenance work at Esterel Resort mainly consists of:
- Carry out maintenance and minor upkeep of the building and exterior spaces, according to established standards
- Check the condition of the building and equipment and report irregularities
- Maintain, clean, repair, and install electrical and mechanical equipment

Perform minor work on the various building systems (plumbing, electricity, air conditioning, ventilation and heating)
- Participate in the general maintenance of water basins (pools and spas)
- Maintain equipment and tools in good order and ensure that borrowed tools are returned

Maintain a log book of all work performed using the Equip software
- Keep work areas clean and tidy
- Perform any other task that may be necessary for the smooth running of operations
Maintenance work is for you if...
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You have one to two years of relevant experience
- You have basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry and electricity
- You have a good knowledge of English (an asset)
- You are familiar with the Equip software (an asset)
- You are used to working safely
- You provide an excellent customer service
- You are known for your speed of execution
- You are responsible, resourceful, courteous, and smiling
- You have a professional attitude (discretion, honesty, teamwork, autonomy, etc.)
Requirements:
- Degree: DES (completed)
- Years of experience: 1 to 2 years
- Written language: French (intermediate)
- Spoken language: French (intermediate)
Salary Information
- Salary: $20.13 per hour
- Number of hours per week: 40 hours
- Type of employment: permanent
- Shifts: Days, evenings, and weekends
