ROOMS DIVISION MANAGER

Must be legally able to work in Canada. Reporting to the Director of the Rooms Division, the Rooms Division Manager is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising the activities of the housekeeping, reception, and activity center in order to satisfy the needs and expectations of the clientele and to ensure the efficiency and profitability of the service.
Being a rooms division manager at Esterel Resort MAINLY CONSISTS OF:
- Oversee the daily operation of the department and employees in their duties to ensure service standards are met.
- Participate in staff training and ensure departmental productivity.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints, if any.
- Work in coordination with other departments in the establishment.
- Produce work schedules for employees in the sector.
- Ensure compliance with the various standards and procedures of the establishment.
- All other tasks required for the smooth running of operations.
Requirements
- College diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hotel environment, ideally in housekeeping.
- Bilingualism.
- Proven training skills.
- Mastery of the Office suite software.
