Join us for the second edition of the Carte Blanche series, where we welcome renowned sommeliers into our prestigious wine cellar. On Friday, October 4th, Michelle Bouffard—sommelier, author, and co-host of the popular show Curieux Bégin, as well as the founder of Tasting Climate Change—will share her favorite selections from our carefully aged wine collection. Enjoy a 5-course gourmet meal, paired with 6 wines chosen by Ms. Bouffard, all set in an enchanting autumnal atmosphere, perfect for tasting and conviviality.
Throughout the evening, Michelle Bouffard will introduce each wine and share her passion, while our chefs present creative and delicious dishes that complement the wines. Don’t miss this unique experience that blends gastronomy, oenology, and the warm ambiance of autumn!
